This recipe comes from chef Stephen Jackson who owns the T & Cake Cafe in Almondbury. We visited just over a year ago and had their Boston Beans with cornbread muffin.
Following a twitter conversation and an email, we had the recipe for the cornbread, and I finally got around to making some!
So here is bread number 4 in my challenge (I’m going to have to pick up the pace a little on this I think!). Cornbread has to be one of the simplest things I’ve made, and it’s definitely something I’m going to try again!
