Aren’t Argentina doing well! For the semi finals I opted for a Chicken Milanesa – breaded and fried chicken which is traditionally served with mashed potato. (an easy mid week meal!)
The chicken breast was hit to make it thinner before being coated in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs
It was my first time using our new potato ricer and boy did it make it easy!
The mash was so smooth and after frying and finishing the chicken in the oven I served it with some veg.
Argentina have made it to the final! How do Argentinians celebrate such a thing?….. with a Barbecue of course!
