Cookbook Challenge

We have a lot of cookbooks (157 at the last count!). It’s so easy to just find recipes online searching by ingredient, but that means the cookbooks sit on the shelf and I just gaze at the lovely photography. As part of this blog, I thought I’d try and cook a bit more from the books – so the challenge is to cook at least one recipe a week from a cookbook.
